Welcome to the Rhode Island Rally. If you are not familiar with the concept, basically we're going to send you out to travel the state of Rhode Island and parts of Massachusetts and Connecticut in search of predetermined bonus locations. You have 12  hours to collect as many bonus points as you can before returning to the same place you started.

 Directions to bonus locations will be from major roads, so even if you have no rally experience and no hi-tech equipment, you should still have an enjoyable day.

The 2009 Rhody Rally is in the books. We had a small turnout, but the group had a good time anyway. The results can be found here

Things to keep in mind:

• You do net need to have competed in a rally previously. We encourage first timers.
• Safety is our top priority. This is not a race. We do not encourage speeding or breaking of laws.
• Auxiliary fuel cells and GPS will be allowed but are not necessary.
• This will be a photo bonus rally. You will need a camera. This year, we are going digital. We will have laptops to load the pictures onto for scoring. If your camera's viewfinder is large enough to show us the pictures, then that'll work too.
